01 General Terms & Conditions

Ba993 (referred to herein as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is an internationally registered online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between ba993 and you (the user).

02 Account Registration

To register an account with ba993, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information will be terminated and any balance may be forfeited.

Single Account Policy

Account Security

03 Deposits & Payments

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs (must be reported immediately upon discovery)
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers
• Harassing or threatening other users

• Registering as a minor or allowing minors to use an account

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Ba993 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason. Account action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Fraud or Suspicious Activity
• KYC Verification Failed
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
